Who we are
La Baracca Società Cooperativa Sociale O.N.L.U.S. (“La Baracca”, project leader of “Mapping. A Map on the aesthetics of performing arts for early years”), in its capacity as Data Controller of the personal data you provide by filling out the dedicated form in accordance with the abovementioned laws and regulations, hereby informs you of the following:
1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The Data Controller is “La Baracca società cooperativa O.N.L.U.S.”, with headquarters in Bologna (Italy), via Matteotti, 16, whereas the name of the Data protection Officer is available upon request at the abovementioned headquarters.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
2. How we process your data and how long we keep them.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Your personal data is processed by personnel duly authorised by “La Baracca” as it is necessary for the purposes of the processing, which will take place both on paper and using electronic or automated equipment. The tools used by us guarantee high levels of security and confidentiality of the data collected, in order to prevent their loss as well as any unlawful, incorrect or unauthorised use.
We process and keep your personal data for a period of time depending on the purpose for which they were collected, which can therefore vary on the basis of the nature of the “Activities” and, in any case, for not less than seven years. At the end of this period your personal data will be deleted or otherwise rendered anonymous for statistical use, in accordance with the current laws and regulations.
3. Why we process your data and legal basis
A) The personal data you provide are processed for the purposes of the participation in activities organised by “La Baracca”, such as workshops, theatre shows and other activities. It is necessary for you to provide your personal details and/or contacts, and it is “compulsory” to accept their processing because failing to do so will imply the impossibility by La Baracca to contact you and/or carry out the scheduled activities.
B) For the e-mail address there will be a specific consent, and it will be used to send newsletters and/or communications about the initiatives promoted by “La Baracca”: in this regard, we inform you that the newsletter sent by “La Baracca” are handled through the MailChimp® platform, (privacy policy of MailChimp®, USA, https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/) property of Rocket Science, a “Privacy Shield”-certified company that guarantees a data protection standard compliant with national and European laws and regulations.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by clicking on the link you will find at the bottom of the message.
C) During the “Activities”, photographs or recordings of you (or the subject/minor you are responsible for) might be taken; in this case, it is necessary for us to obtain your consent as it is considered as personal data. Giving your consent to the processing of images is not compulsory but optional; therefore, failing to give your consent will not prevent the “Activities” from taking place. On the occasion of photo shoots and/or video recordings, “La Baracca” will adopt the most suitable solutions in order to respect your choice.
D) Personal data will also be processed to fulfil any legal obligation.
4. Your rights
In compliance with the Italian Privacy Code and the GDPR, you have the right, at any time, to obtain information about the personal data we have stored about you or the subject represented by you, to be informed about its content and source, check its accuracy, request any integration, update, change and portability.
Moreover, you have the right to request the cancellation, anonymisation or block of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, in any case and for lawful reasons, to their processing.
