CHILDREN-SPECTATORS EXHIBITION #1

The first international call, issued only at the end of November, thanks to Bologna Children’s Book Fair – that prepared and disseminated it through its own channels – collected 418 submissions by illustrators from 45 different countries worldwide.
Thirty-one illustrations. A panel of experts, which includes Ivan Canu (director of the Mimaster Illustrazione, Milan – Italy), Mauro Evangelista (founder and director of the school of illustration Ars in Fabula, Italy), Roberto Frabetti (coordinator of the project Mapping – Bologna, Italy) and Giorgia Grilli (professor of Children’s Literature at the University of Bologna and co-founder of CRLI – Centre for Research in Children’s Literature, Italy), selected works for the exhibition, organized in collaboration with Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
