As a project focused on the exploration of the sensitive relationship that gets built between artists and very young children in the frame of the performing act, Mapping finds in the Research its most important tool for investigation.

The partners, together with the experts who will accompany them for the whole duration of the project, are developing three different lines of research: the Map research, aimed at mapping the aesthetic of performing arts for early years; the Follow Up research, during which the artists involved discuss over direction and dramaturgy; and the Audience Development research, focused on exploring the needs, expectations and requirements of the target groups involved in the project.
