In the courtyard of a Kassena house, a young woman mixes clay and water, patrols, scribbles, explores the path of the first traces. By re-appropriating these ancestral gestures, she puts her steps back into those of the toddlers playing in the soil. By her side, a woman accompanies her with her voice to the sweet sound of the N’goni. Together, they sketch the features that will later brighten up the walls of their homes. And they travel closer to the roots of humanity.
